🌟 Origin Story — Why This Dish?
Spinach Corn Cheese Cigars were born from the idea of taking familiar Indian party flavours and presenting them in a fun, modern way. Creamy spinach, sweet corn, and melty cheese feel instantly comforting, yet the crisp, golden “cigar” shape makes them look elegant enough for any celebration.
In many Indian homes, spinach and corn show up in everyday dishes like sabzis, sandwiches, or simple tiffin bakes. AISATWIK gives those same ingredients a festive upgrade — wrapping them in light spring roll sheets, rolling them tight, and frying or air-frying until perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside.
These cigars fit beautifully with the AISATWIK philosophy: satwik, vegetarian, and party-ready. They are easy for the host to prep ahead, easy for guests to eat with their fingers, and they pair gracefully with everything from chai to mocktails. Think of them as your “ice-breaker snack” — the moment people take one bite, the party truly begins.
